"After a year of personal tuition from Midori, I have gone from barely being able to play C major to being able to play around grade 3 level pieces.
She has a great technique but is also very expressive; she is able to convey the image of the pieces and how they should be played.
Due to the pandemic, I had to take lessons online for almost a year, but she taught me a lot of technique in a difficult situation through the screen and I think my level has improved a lot.
Above all, every lesson with her is a great time to discover and learn something new.
I would recommend her as an excellent teacher." - Mai T

"Midori has been tutoring my 9 year old daughter for nearly a year and we are very happy with the progress my daughter has made. We have been working at around grade 5 level and Midori has been patient and clear with how she can improve and bring out the character and nuances of her pieces, and my daughter responds well. Given the uncertainty of recent times, Midori is reliable and when we haven't been able to have our usual scheduled class, we can easily set a different time and day”
