Adam S
Bass Guitar, Guitar, Music Technology/Production and Music Theory
Musician Adam S took up electric bass following a childhood surrounded by music. Progressing swiftly, he went on to study music performance and production at Paul McCartney’s LIPA Sixth Form College in Liverpool from 2020-2022.
During his time at LIPA, Adam made his mark on the local music scene as a choice sideman and found himself on the bill for BBC introducing at the Cavern, on BBC Radio and on streaming services. Looking for a new challenge, he then came to Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London to study jazz. Before the bass, Adam's musical journey began by playing guitar- an instrument that he retains a keen interest in, and he currently plays as a second study at Trinity Laban.
Adam has an infectious enthusiasm about teaching, and over the years he has taken on students from a wide range of groups and helped them to reach their goals- from playing their first note to getting into university. His lessons are very personalised and student focused, and he adapts his process on a case-by-case basis using his breadth of knowledge and experience regarding multiple instruments, technology, production, industry and theory.
