Ally’s love of music began early, when she joined a local Saturday theatre school at just three years old. At home, she started exploring the piano and began formal lessons at age eight—an instrument she’s played ever since. Over the years, she’s also enjoyed learning clarinet and even dabbled in violin.

Alongside her passion for piano, Ally developed a deep love for singing. She trained in classical voice up to Grade 8 and achieved a diploma in musical theatre singing, while also studying musical theatre for four years. She took Music to Pre-U level at school, and during the pandemic, she furthered her musical education by completing a master’s degree in songwriting.

Today, Ally combines her skills as a songwriter, vocalist, and producer, regularly releasing original music and performing both solo and as part of an acoustic duo. She continues to grow her creative practice and loves staying connected to music in all its forms.

Ally has experience teaching piano and keyboard to young people up to age 18, as well as vocal coaching for students of all ages. Her teaching background also includes leading children’s and adult show choirs, and teaching keyboard at a local rock school. She’s passionate about making lessons engaging and tailored to each student’s musical interests.
