Filiz is a piano tutor based in North London teaching Classical Piano and Music Theory. She has an
ABRSM Grade 8 Piano certificate, BSc in Digital Media Development and MSc in Business Analytics.
Filiz has been playing piano for over 18 years, and is a highly passionate educator with various experiences in education such as assisting early years practitioners and being president of University of Westminster’s Programming Society. Through these experiences she can foster a nurturing and supportive environment, craft unique and engaging learning opportunities and effectively find the method to communicate with students of all ages. Filiz is from a Russian – Turkish background, she can speak and teach in English, Russian and Turkish. At her home she teaches on an acoustic Yamaha M112T upright piano.
