Ilona is dedicated and experienced piano teacher with a passion for nurturing musical talent in students of all ages and skill levels. With over just 2 years of teaching experience, Ilona combines a strong foundation in the skills of reading music from a sheet (sheet music) and chord symbolism.

A graduate of ICMP where they earned a degree in Popular Music Performance Ilona has studied under renowned pianists and performed in a variety of settings, including solo recitals, and playing in the band. Their teaching philosophy emphasizes technique, musicality, and creativity, helping students build not only their skills but also a lifelong appreciation for music.

In addition to private lessons, Ilona has experience preparing students for music exams (such as ABRSM, or Trinity), competitions, and public performances. They are known for their patient, encouraging style and ability to tailor lessons to each student’s unique needs and goals.

When not teaching, Ilona enjoys composing, and writing music in the Ableton. They believe in the transformative power of music and are committed to inspiring confidence, discipline, and joy in their students through the piano.
