Guitar (Electric/Acoustic) and Music Theory

José is a professional musician and guitar player dedicated to helping students develop their musical abilities. He began his musical journey at a young age and was performing in concerts by 14. For over a decade, José has nurtured a passion for both performing and teaching music.


With extensive teaching experience, José has worked with a wide range of students, from young beginners to experienced adults. He tailors his lessons to each student’s unique needs and goals, incorporating performance, theory, and technique. His commitment to musical excellence drives him to explore different genres, discover new techniques, and share his knowledge with his students.


He achieved a First Class Honours degree in Music Production from ESMAE (Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo) in Portugal. At the same time, José collaborated with various projects and artists in Portugal and Spain, showcasing his versatility in genres such as Pop, Rock, Metal, World Music, Jazz, and Funk.


In 2021, José moved to London to further enhance his guitar skills, graduating with first-class honours in Popular Music Performance (Guitar) from BIMM London. Since then, he has been performing across London with several musicians and expanding his musical knowledge even further.


José’s dedication and experience make him a valuable mentor and educator. He continues to inspire and support aspiring musicians, sharing his passion for music.
