Kamilya A
Piano and Flute
Kamilya A is a professionally trained classical musician with a diverse and rich musical background. With over 18 years of musical experience, Kamilya began her formal education at the age of seven at a specialist music school for talented children and later continued her studies at Music College, where she also began teaching at just 18 years old.
Kamilya has extensive experience both as a performer and educator. She has participated in and won prizes at several competitions across Kazakhstan and Russia. She was a founding member of the Central Asia Youth Symphony Orchestra under the lead of Italian conductor Gerardo Calello and performed regularly with local orchestras and ensembles.
Alongside her principal study of the flute, Kamilya also trained in piano as her second instrument and enjoys teaching both flute and piano to students of all ages and levels. After moving to London to pursue her degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, she continued to develop her passion for teaching and performing. She collaborated with Streetwise Opera Society as part of her studies in Trinity Laban and currently performing in a flute and guitar Ensemble.
Kamilya is known for her supportive, patient, and encouraging teaching style. Passionate about nurturing each student's musical journey, she combines strong technical foundations with creativity and a love for music-making.
