Lucy is a passionate and friendly teacher with a wealth of experience in music and performing. Throughout her years of teaching singing, guitar, violin and piano, she has fostered talent and passion in students of all ages and abilities, helping them discover their own voice and confidence through music. Covering a variety of genres (pop, rock, classical, musical theatre, Irish traditional music and singing), she tailors her lessons to the student - whether you want to strum your first chords, sing with freedom or simply find joy in making music, she is here to help! Lucy believes strongly in encouragement, not critique, and will build up a shy or nervous student until they are playing with confidence. Outside of teaching, Lucy also writes and records her own songs and is a seasoned entertainer both as a band frontwoman and a solo performer.
