Marko has been playing the guitar since the age of 13 and has over 2 decades of experience as a session guitarist, band leader , and music educator. Over the years he has toured and recorded with a wide variety of London based artists/bands ( including Maya Lavelle, Lois and the love , Charlie Freeman and Alexia Coley) covering a wide range of genres ( Heavy Rock ,Pop, R’n’B, Soul, Jazz ) and has played at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues such as Ronnie Scott's and Roundhouse as well as at festivals such as The Big Chill , The Secret Garden Party and Glastonbury.

In 2008 Marko discovered his love for providing music education after giving his first one-on-one guitar lesson and has since successfully taken many students through their graded examinations ( Trinity Rock and Pop, Rock School and ABRSM grades 1-8) as a peripatetic guitar teacher. He has also been active as a classroom music teacher and ensemble leader in primary and secondary schools across London since 2012, and has obtained a Masters degree in Popular Music Performance on the guitar in 2020.

Marko also has a strong background in Music Technology and is able to incorporate the recording and production of music using modern software (Logic X ,Pro-Tools etc) with his instrumental music lessons.
